Shipping FAQ

FULFILLMENT

Most orders are processed + shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST will be processed in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm may not be fulfilled until the following Monday - but sometimes we are overachievers. 

Custom: Custom orders are made-to-order. Please allow up to two weeks for production. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it ships. Transit times depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Wholesale: Fulfillment times depend on the size of the order + whether or not the order includes custom pieces. Contact us to start an inquiry + we will be able to give you an estimated fulfillment time. Shipping times will be the same as normal orders.

Pre-ordersIf you have a pre-order item on your order, the order will ship together in full when the pre-order item arrives. We suggest ordering separately so you don't have to wait.

SHIPPING

Shipping transit times are based on your location.
We ship from Atlanta, GA.
When you enter your address + select your shipping method at checkout, it will generate your specific transit times.

USPS First Class: 5-8 business days (free tracking - no insurance)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days (free tracking - $100 insurance included)
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days (free tracking - $100 insurance included)

DELIVERY

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Delivery is expected within 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Please note, once your order has shipped out, we are no longer responsible for the package.
Make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address.
 
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local post office with the tracking number + file a claim. Let us know if you need any additional documents to submit to them.

We thoroughly inspect every order before shipping, but we're also human. Mistakes also happen in production occasionally. If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or with damage not caused by the carrier please contact us so we can make it right!
