Refund Policy

We are happy to offer store credit + exchanges within 7 days of delivery date if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order. Please note, all custom items, sale items, permanent jewelry + gift cards are final sale. Please read item descriptions carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us with your order number + the items you wish to return for store credit. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival + contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if your order is incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders, permanent jewelry, sale items + gift cards are final sale.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received + inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process + post the refund too.
